Site Supervisor Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 Location: Lea Bridge Road Permanent | Full Time The Vacancy Are you an experienced and driven Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and providing strong leadership across operational sites? You will coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, manage work sequencing, monitor progress, and ensure all works are completed to the required specification. Acting as the main point of contact on site, you will maintain clear communication between teams, resolve issues proactively, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully from start to finish. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on health and safety, quality, productivity, and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities ·Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements ·Manage and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant, and materials ·Ensure work is completed in line with programme schedules, specifications, and quality standards ·Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures ·Lead toolbox talks, briefings, and site inductions where required ·Monitor progress and report any delays, risks, or issues to the wider project team ·Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports ·Build strong working relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams ·Support the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion What We're Looking For We are seeking a practical and experienced Site Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a background in delivering construction or infrastructure projects. Ideally, you will have: ·Previous experience supervising construction, utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure works ·Experience working within the water or wastewater sector would be highly advantageous ·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple site activities ·Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead site teams ·A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions on site ·Relevant site qualifications, such as: oSSSTS or SMSTS oCSCS card oRelevant health and safety training This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor looking to join a respected infrastructure business where they can play a key role in delivering essential projects and making a visible impact every day
