Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of projects and provide professional services to new and existing clients.
- Undertake project management roles, including Contract Administration and Employer's Agent.
- Provide Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall Act services, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
- Contribute to diversifying the client base and expanding service offerings.

- Strong experience in professional services, including Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and surveys.
