Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Role Overview: Due to continued growth and increased project workload within their rail division, my client is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of multiple rail infrastructure and station improvement schemes across South Wales. This role will focus on a variety of smaller-value NEC Option A / lump sum projects, including station refurbishment works, toilet installation and upgrade schemes on the Core Valley Lines, and facilities management projects.
