You will be joining a stable highways framework where you can take ownership of multiple live schemes and see projects through from start to finish. This Site Agent role is ideal if you are comfortable running several projects at once and working on fast-paced 6-9 month programmes.

You will be working for a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering National Highways and Local Authority schemes, typically valued between £3m-£9m. As a Site Agent, you will be trusted to manage day-to-day site delivery with strong support from commercial and senior management teams.

In this Site Agent role, you will be:

  • Managing multiple highways projects concurrently
  • Delivering schemes on 6-9 month programmes
  • Overseeing health & safety, quality and programme
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
  • Managing temporary works and compliance
  • Reporting progress and risks to senior management

To be successful as a Site Agent, you will need:

  • Proven Site Agent experience on highways projects
  • National Highways and/or Local Authority experience
  • Experience on £3m-£9m schemes
  • CSCS Black Card
  • Temporary Works qualification
