Our client is an excellent Architectural and Planning firm, working across the UK. They have a lovely office in the heart of Surrey where they work on several suburban residential projects. They are looking for an Architectural Assistant to join their organisation and bring their own ideas. Their boutique styled Camberley office offers an excellent location, close to London and excellent transport links. They have a well-established client portfolio and a good local/national reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own projects without the assistance of directors, putting your own creativity and style into the projects
- Being the stakeholder contact for all areas of the project, not just for the client but others involved in the project too
- Lead on the production and assembling of drawings and document pack for a variety of projects, including meeting tight deadlines and application submission dates, working collaboratively and communicating effectively with the Director and project team
- Being responsible for managing multiple projects through all RIBA stages required, for client account/s and lead on generating income for Portfolio through repeat instructions and referrals from clients
What they’re Looking For:
- Ideally a Masters in Urban design with RIBA part 2 & 3.
- 8 years + post education experience and chartered
- Experience with CAD software packages such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, 3D modelling software and the ability to educate junior staff
- Experience in leading an architectural project and leading a team of architects/technicians
