The Role:
- As a Town Planner, you'll be working closely with a highly experienced team on a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
- Large-scale residential schemes
- Major commercial developments
- Strategic land promotion and planning applications
This role is fully office-based in Chorley (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution will directly shape exciting projects.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years' professional experience in town planning
- MRTPI (or ideally working towards)
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of planning policies, legislation, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
