My client are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Building Design Practice in Leeds, supporting a broad range of exciting projects across the North region.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying services across a variety of sectors, including education, local government, healthcare, and infrastructure.
You will be:
- Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management services
- Undertaking condition and measured surveys, defect analysis, and professional reports
- Managing projects from design through to delivery, including small to medium-scale refurbishments
- Performing Contract Administration duties using JCT and NEC contracts
- Supporting repeat business and contributing to new business development
- Working closely with high-profile public and private sector clients
You will need to have the following:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) - or working towards chartership
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across all levels
- Experience with public sector bodies (e.g., local authorities or government agencies) is desirable
