We\’re working with a respected and expanding surveying practice that prides itself on quality over quantity. This role is perfect for a Building Surveyor who enjoys in-depth surveys, professional development, and a supportive environment. The Opportunity Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to focus on Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Full Building Surveys. You won\’t be burdened with multiple surveys per day – the emphasis is on accuracy, client service, and thorough reporting. What You\’ll Be Doing: Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on a variety of residential and commercial properties. Prepare clear, detailed reports with recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements. Provide expert advice to clients on property condition, repairs, and compliance. Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and met. (Advantageous) Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations. What We\’re Looking For: MRICS, AssocRICS, or FRICS qualified (essential) Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach to your work. What\’s On Offer: £40,000 – £60,000 salary (DOE). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Support from an experienced admin team for report writing. The opportunity to shadow experienced FRICS surveyors if desired. Ongoing training and professional development. A collaborative and friendly working environment.
