We are seeking an experienced and talented Building Services Electrical Engineer to join our team at a Principal, or Associate level. You will fill a key gap in our electrical team, bridging the space between our Partners and our engineering team. Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on and run a number of projects, taking responsibility from the Partners.
  • Act as a primary client-facing contact.
  • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance.
  • Delegate tasks and manage the workload of three junior electrical building services engineers.

About You

  • A solid, technically proficient engineer at a Senior, Principal, or Associate level.
  • Experienced in running jobs and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Capable of delegating work and mentoring junior engineers.
  • While not essential, an interest in business development is welcome. Alternatively, you can focus on becoming a technical lead.
