We're supporting a major water sector delivery partner with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help deliver a substantial portfolio of clean water and wastewater projects across the South East. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the chance to work on critical infrastructure investment programmes with a strong pipeline of work extending throughout AMP8.
Why this role? You'll be joining an established commercial team responsible for delivering a diverse range of non-infrastructure projects, helping to drive commercial performance from project award through to final account.
The role offers:
- Long-term contract security on a major water framework.
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week in office.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the commercial performance of multiple non-infrastructure water projects.
- Administering NEC contracts and managing compensation events.
- Preparing valuations, forecasts, cost reports and final accounts.
- Supporting procurement and subcontract management activities.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Understanding of M&E and Civil processes.
- Working closely with operational and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the water, utilities or wider infrastructure sector.
- Strong NEC contract experience.
- Experience working on capital delivery projects.
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- A valid CSCS Card.
- Experience on AMP frameworks or regulated utility projects would be highly advantageous.
