Carrington West is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a complex Waste Transformation Programme in Bradford. You will drive delivery across multiple workstreams, establish governance, controls and reporting, and provide challenge to ensure timely, measurable improvements across operational services.
The role is 3–6 months, on-site at Bradford for at least two days weekly, with a rate of £600 per day outside IR35 and immediate start available for the right candidate.
