Carrington West is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a major flood and coastal capital projects portfolio. Based in Bournemouth with hybrid working, you will help manage costs, valuations and NEC contract administration to support delivery.
Responsibilities include assessing compensation events, reviewing payment applications, forecasting budgets and advising stakeholders to keep schemes on time and within budget. MRICS status or equivalent and NEC4 experience are preferred.
