A major infrastructure consultancy is looking for a BMS Systems Process Integrator to join its Alliance Delivery Team, supporting one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a major alliance operates, bringing together business processes across multiple disciplines into one integrated operating model. You'll work with senior stakeholders from across commercial, planning, governance, project controls, technical and digital teams to ensure processes align, interfaces are managed effectively and the programme operates as one cohesive system.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Support Services, you'll be responsible for identifying how processes interact across the organisation, resolving overlaps and inefficiencies, and helping establish clear ownership and governance across the programme. You'll lead process discovery activities, build an end-to-end view of the operating model and work collaboratively with discipline leads to improve integration and support programme delivery. This role focuses on business and organisational processes rather than technical engineering systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an integrated view of business processes across the programme.
  • Identify gaps, duplication and inefficiencies between functional processes.
  • Work with process owners to improve collaboration and establish clear ownership.
  • Support the development of governance, business planning and management processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines.
  • Improve process governance, change control and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support mobilisation by helping establish new ways of working across the Alliance.
  • Provide senior leadership with visibility of process risks, dependencies and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience on major rail infrastructure projects.
  • Experience developing or integrating business processes within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of operating models, process design or business improvement.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working across multiple departments or functions.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working within evolving environments where processes are still being developed.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
