My Local Authority Client in the East Midlands is looking to source an experienced Town Planner with experience of dealing with Minerals & Waste applications.
Responsibilities
- Determine applications for minerals and waste development for a collection of councils.
- Conduct site visits as appropriate.
- Provide pre‐application advice and attend the respective planning committees of the authorities when an application goes before them.
- Monitor existing permitted/operational minerals and waste sites in the three authorities and of any authorised development notified to us.
- Initiate enforcement action when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in minerals and waste development management of significance required.
- Experience of dealing with Minerals & Waste applications.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working, possibly fully remote accepted.
