This Project Manager role is focused on the civils and buildings aspects of the project, driving the delivery of earthworks, drainage, and building structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of the civils and buildings scope for the Washwood Heath Depot.
- Take direct responsibility for overseeing work packages including earthworks, drainage, the site underpass, and building structures.
- Drive the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required standards.
- Work with integrated project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the civils elements.
- Support the project through its full lifecycle, ensuring the successful construction, testing, and handover of all civil and building assets.
Key Experience Required:
- Project management experience with a focus on civils and buildings.
- Experience with elements like earthworks, underpasses, and drainage.
- Depot or control centre experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
- Experience working on NEC contracts.
- Experience of managing delivery through external contractors and/or suppliers.
- Experience of managing high value, complex projects.
