An established and highly respected national property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join its growing Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use development, within a collaborative and well-resourced planning team.
The Role
- Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals from inception through to determination
- Provide planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Lead on projects and mentor junior members of the team
- Engage with local authorities and key consultees
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management

- MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership with significant experience)
- Strong experience within consultancy or local authority planning
