Essential requirements: Previous commercial or Quantity Surveying experience within rail. Strong Network Rail experience and understanding of the client environment. Experience managing project costs, variations, valuations and commercial reporting. Good contractual and commercial awareness. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with project and operational teams. Nice to have: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
