I’m currently working with a well-established Building Services Engineering consultancy that is looking to add a Revit / CAD Technician to its growing MEP team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in building services design who enjoys working collaboratively on a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, retail, leisure and industrial developments.
Key responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Supporting engineers with coordinated BIM deliverables
- Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout project lifecycles
- Contributing to BIM process development and best practice initiatives
- Managing project information and ensuring high-quality drawing outputs
What we’re looking for
- 2-3+ years’ experience using Revit MEP within a consultancy or contractor environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to project deadlines
