I am currently working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure client who is building a pipeline of experienced freelance Measurement Quantity Surveyors ahead of increased project demand forecast for 2026. This is not a single live vacancy. Instead, it is an opportunity for you to be considered for ongoing freelance assignments on a project-by-project basis as requirements arise. All work is fully remote, offering flexibility across the UK.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out detailed measurement work across civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Work in line with CESMM (Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement)
  • Produce accurate quantity take-offs and measurement outputs
  • Support cost planning and commercial reporting activities
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards

You will need to have:
