A growing utilities contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead operational Leakage and Data teams across the South East Water patch. This is a brand-new role created to support a rapidly expanding region following a long-term contract extension, giving you the chance to make a real impact from day one.
You'll oversee Team Leaders and Contract Supervisors across a multi-site operation, managing performance, client relationships, H&S compliance and operational delivery across a team of around 45 staff.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading operational leakage and support teams across the region
- Driving KPI performance and client reporting
- Managing team engagement, productivity and compliance
- Supporting investigations and maintaining a safety-first culture
- Working closely with the client and internal management teams
- Travelling across sites throughout Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas
