Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background delivering major infrastructure projects for a main contractor? Do you have extensive experience managing NEC contracts, commercial change, subcontractors and taking ownership of projects from day one? Are you looking for an opportunity to play a key role on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, delivering critical highways, drainage and finishing works?

Location: Chipping Warden office with hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in the office) and occasional travel to site.

Salary: up to £75,000 per annum DOE + £5,900 car allowance.

Benefits:

  • £5,900 car allowance
  • Travel allowance paid at 33p per mile
  • Subsistence package for candidates further than 50 miles or 2 hours away
  • 26 days AL plus
