We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to support the delivery of fencing works on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury.
We are particularly interested in candidates with fencing and landscaping experience, although applicants from a wider construction background will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and delivery of multiple project activities.
- Assist with planning, programming, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and health & safety requirements.
- Attend client and progress meetings.
- Support the Contracts Manager in achieving project objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in fencing, landscaping, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
