Working across residential, commercial, education and mixed-use developments, they pride themselves on technical excellence, collaboration and building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the growth and development of my client's Temporary Works division, helping to shape its future direction.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand the Temporary Works portfolio.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex temporary works solutions across a wide range of projects.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to engineers across the business.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop the team's capabilities and contribute to the company's continued growth.
- Ensure all designs are delivered to the highest technical standards and comply with current industry regulations.
What You'll Bring
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Extensive experience in temporary works design within a consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience developing client relationships and winning work.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent.
- A passion for developing teams, growing a business function and delivering technical excellence.
