Are you an experienced Associate Level Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background? My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy and you will be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting for management meetings
- Customer care and client management
- Managing refurbishment projects for key clients, including contract administration
- Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings/sites to confirm to the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Carrying out building surveys, including condition surveys
- Taking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work
- Monitoring progress and quality of building work on site.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved
- Consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience
- Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
