Are you an experienced Associate Level Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background? My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy and you will be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting for management meetings
  • Customer care and client management
  • Managing refurbishment projects for key clients, including contract administration
  • Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings/sites to confirm to the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Carrying out building surveys, including condition surveys
  • Taking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work
  • Monitoring progress and quality of building work on site.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved
  • Consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience
  • Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
