Are you an organised and driven programme professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a leading UK infrastructure organisation to recruit an Assistant Programme Manager to join a high-profile digital infrastructure team delivering complex, large-scale projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting the successful planning, monitoring and delivery of major projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You will work closely with experienced Programme Managers and Project Managers, gaining exposure to nationally significant programmes while developing your own career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining project programmes, tracking progress, producing management reports and ensuring projects remain on schedule. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, providing programme analysis and supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Programme Manager and PMO team in developing and maintaining project programmes.
  • Produce and update project schedules across pre-construction and construction phases.
