Assistant Geotechnical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • You will be assisting with geotechnical site investigations, including logging soils and rock

  • You will be working closely with senior engineers to develop your technical understanding
  • You will be attending site visits across the region and liaising with contractors and clients

Qualifications

  • You will have 1-2 years\’ experience in a geotechnical or ground engineering role
  • You will hold a degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • You will have some experience of site investigations and report writing
  • You will be keen to learn, proactive and enthusiastic about developing your career
  • You will have good communication skills and be comfortable working as part of a team
  • You will ideally hold a full UK driving licence
