My Local Authority Client in Buckinghamshire is looking to source experienced planning officers across the council, offering up to 5 positions.
The Role:
- Working Environment: Hybrid working; initial office-based induction period. Site visits required across a mixture of locations - Driving preferred (Business Insurance needed).
Key points:
- Managing a significant backlog of applications.
- High-volume, repetitive casework requiring efficient turnaround.
- Need for officers who can quickly integrate and work independently.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, local plans, TCPA, and best practice.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Uniform and Idox systems desired.
- Local Authority experience desired.
