We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Apprentice to join our accounts team here at Carrington West!

If you are looking for your first step into an accounts role and are looking to complete your AAT level 2, this role would be ideal for you.
As an Accounts Apprentice, your responsibilities will be:
To process and pay all supplier invoices in a timely manner.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
To reconcile the company credit card account monthly.
To process and pay all staff expenses.
To support the Financial Accounts team in Month End reconciliations.
To ensure all documents are scanned and properly filed in SharePoint.
To provide timesheet entry support to the Pay and Bill team during busy times or to cover holidays.
Answering inbound calls and dealing with simple finance related queries.
Other general finance and office administration duties.
Qualifications required to be successful as an Accounts Apprentice:
5 GCSE’s grade C/4 (or equivalent) or above. Must include English Language and Maths
A-Levels are desirable
Apprenticeship Learning
Fully supported AAT Level 2 qualification
Day release to attend classes and exams
