My client is a small practice dedicated to delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse range of clients. With a proven track record of excellence, they take pride in providing tailored solutions that meet clients’ unique needs. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.
As a Residential Surveyor will be expected to visit properties, undertake site inspections and produce detailed reports using both software and free text reports, in the case of Building Condition Surveys.
Responsibilities:
·Building Surveys.
·Contract Administration
·Project coordination of refurbishment schemes
·Party Wall Surveying
·Building Pathology Reports (Defect Reports)
·Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating property conditions.
·Excellent communication skills to clearly convey survey results to clients.
·Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
·Full UK driving licence
Hours of Work. 38.75 Hours per week. Flexible Working. Home based, office based or Hybrid depending on experience.
