Product Owner, Product Specialist, Accountancy, Audit, Big 4, Aura, Canvas, Clara, Omnia, Remote Product Owner required to join a global Professional Services business based in Central London. However, this is practically a remote role, but when travel is required (to London, Europe and the States on occasions – it will be monthly travel for team collaboration), you will be reimbursed for your travel and accommodation. We need expertise on the Business and Technical side of Audit and you will have worked with KPMG Clara, EY Canvas, PwC Aura or Deloitte Omnia in the past. We can look at people outside of the Big 4 too (BDO, Grant Thornton, RSM, Forvis Mazars etc), who have been significantly involved in Audit Process tools from a Product or Project / Programme perspective. We need someone who is confident on the business side with the ability to get the best out of Audit Teams speaking Audit language! This Product Owner will need to be the face of business for the development team and should be able to stand separate from other Product Owners. You will need to go about building your understanding of the relevant audit topics for the features of this huge product you would be building by liaising with members of the Audit business, along with the Technology side. You will also be able to give strong examples of success in topics such as handling last minute changes to priorities. As this has global coverage, there may be some early / late calls. You must be prepared for this. There will be give and take with times, along with some flexibility if things are becoming quite taxing. However, we want someone dedicated and definitely not someone who wants a hardened 9am – 5pm kind of position! Read on for more details… Experience required: * At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner in a complex, professional global environment – preferably within the Big 4 as mentioned * Global experience is preferred with the appreciation this is Global coverage, sometimes working outside of a standard 9am – 5pm structure * Strong Audit knowledge and exposure from a business perspective * Data driven and demonstrated experience using big data, analysis and research to produce product decisions * Experience developing, analysing and designing digital products and software * Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Strong understanding of Agile * Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a face-paced environment * Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication & collaboration technologies * Effectively demonstrate teamwork skills, problem solving skills, initiative and integrity * Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills This is an excellent opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
