People Systems Analyst required to work for a growing and exciting Professional Services firm based in the City Of London. This role will be 3 days a week in a lovely, modern workplace in the City and 2 days from home. This is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) but is highly likely to become a permanent role in this period.
You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firms HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and developing the people systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Early focus on reporting.
- Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support people systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, planned maintenance.
