Junior Digital Project Manager, Junior Digital Business Analyst, and Junior Digital Business Relationship Manager required to join a Professional Services firm as an Innovation Manager based in Central London. The current setup is mainly remote, with visits to the London offices approximately twice a month.
We need someone with the following skills:
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Understanding of Technical Development teams, including how to communicate with them and how they work
- Good overall understanding of IT / Technical Departments and structures
- Business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to become an Innovation Manager as a bridge between technology and the business, with a willingness to learn more about AI, RPA, and LLMs
- Excellent attitude and personality with a desire to succeed
- Agile experience or certification in Agile
Any Project Management or Business Analyst (CBAP) accreditations would be welcome, as well as any BRM related accreditations (BRMP). Experience in Professional Services is welcomed but not essential. We need someone who is confident, does not require too much hand-holding, and is eager to take on this role and make it happen. The candidate should also be comfortable facing Senior, Partner Level, or C-Suite Level individuals.
