Business Readiness Manager, Change Manager, Financial Services, City, London Business Readiness Manager, Change Manager required to work for a Financial Services business based in the City of London. However, this is a hybrid working system and you would only be expected to be in the office from time to time. Your place of work would be London, so candidates will be preferred who are located commutable to London. Your roles will be to design and manage Business Readiness Plans for specific Project and Change related plans for the business. This role will not only face off to IT Stakeholders, but to Senior Business Stakeholders too. It will be imperative for this to be a proven part of your background. You will have experience of implementing Business Readiness Change Plans in previous roles, or we could even look at solid, experienced Change Managers who want to transition into a Business Readiness function. We need someone from the likes of Financial Services, Insurance, Legal, Accountancy or other industries that possess demanding stakeholders.
