Lead Developer required for a Professional Services business based in Central London. There will be a requirement to be present in the office circa twice a month. On the odd occasion it may be more than this.
We need someone with the following skills:
- Strong Leadership where you have operated as a Lead Developer in a current or previous role.
- Solid Azure skills from a Development perspective. Previous candidates usually fall down on their lack of skills with Logic Apps – this is essential.
- Good, hardened Full Stack Development skills within C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint.
- Acceptance that Development is now reliant on Gen AI, using examples of where you have done this before and an appreciation of the pace it is moving.
- Experience with Greenfield Development – not all things developed will necessarily be rolled and delivered – you have to be prepared this may be the case on occasions.
- Excellent personality with a forward-thinking approach, high energy and lots of enthusiasm.
- Proven experience with C-Suite Stakeholder Management.
It will be a 2 stage interview process involving a Scenario and a Test. The Scenario will be ‘you have either done it or you haven’t – the use of Gen AI for this would be forbidden! The Test will be over the course of a few days where Gen AI is almost essential to use. If you don’t use it, you will be questioned as to why! This is the kind of mentality required for this role, so is it you?
This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience. Apply now for more details.
