IT PMO Governance Manager, Project & Product, Waterfall, Agile, Part Remote IT PMO Governance Manager required to work for a Professional Services firm based in Central London. However, this is a hybrid role and, on most occasions, you will only be expected to go into the office circa twice a month. Also, this is NOT a standard PMO Manager so please read before applying… The purpose of the role is to help transition the PMO function from Waterfall through to Agile. Beyond this is to work in a complete Agile way and constantly looking for improvements on the journey. We want someone to initially enjoy the transformation side but then to also be happy managing the PMO function (in an Agile manner) in the future. We need you to have the following experience: Strong Leadership skills – you must have strong people management skills with the ability to manage circa 5 x PMO Analysts, take them on this new journey but also know how to (and have proven experience of) taking a PMO function from Waterfall to Agile (heavily from a Governance perspective) Solid and proven experience of Governing in an Agile way The need to understand Governance and not just Delivery.
