Accounts & Administration Assistant, Sage, Wigan, Office Based Accounts & Administration Assistant required to work for a fast growing company based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. Our client works with both private clients and the public sector to locate missing Next of Kin and beneficiaries to an estate. They have enjoyed significant growth and are now one of the country’s largest genealogists/heir hunter firms. They are looking to recruit an experienced accounts assistant on a full-time basis to join their growing company to assist with the day to days tasks within the finance department. Responsibilities & Duties: Raising sales invoices, submitting to customers and inputting to Sage. Updating WIP spreadsheets and case management spreadsheet for invoices raised. Preparation of the banking information with incoming cheques and updating the invoice log with payments. Assist with chasing overdue sales invoices and inputting both payments and receipts onto SAGE. Reviewing internal case management system on a regular basis, updating the system for any incomplete cases or adjustments. Regular archiving of completed files, maintaining the archive log and updating the case management system. Retrieving files when requested.
