Digital Report Administrator required to work for a fast-growing business based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is an in-person role and you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
We need a confident individual who has good, solid administration and data entry skills. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required, as there will be some travel to and from Southport.
Day to day tasks:
- Taking working family trees and supporting documents, such as birth, marriage and death certificates and entering this data into our dedicated software to create accurate and interactive final reports for solicitors and other clients.
- Taking & forwarding calls (or taking messages).
- Creating and updating cases on the company case management system.
- Data entry.
- Ordering certificates from GRO or local register.
- Completing divorces, probate and certainty will searches (including making payments & tracking).
- Collecting certificates from GRO in Southport as needed (usually weekly).
- Updating Solicitors/Councils on case progression.
- Producing correspondence for the Case Managers to sign off.
- General Admin tasks including dealing with post and filing.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- GCSEs Grade A to C (or equivalent) including English & Maths.
- A Level/Degree educated.
- Administration experience.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Great telephone manner.
- Neat & clear handwriting.
- Highly organised, results driven, & motivated.
- A proven team player.
