Senior Business Analyst required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. However, this role will mainly be based from the comfort of your own home but there may be some travel to Central London occasionally, and internationally from time to time. ALL travel will be completely expensed from the moment you leave your doorstep!
We need a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven Stakeholder Management skills. You should have experience in an environment where 'time is precious' and be effective in executing solutions within the allocated timeframe. We are looking for a candidate with a great personality, charisma, and the necessary 'battle scars' from Business Stakeholder Management.
When articulating your business stakeholder management experiences, please provide personalized examples rather than cliché ones—strong, personal examples that showcase your skills.
This is a brand new role in a fairly new function. If you are expecting a pristine, flawless structure, this may not be the role for you. One week you might be executing something exciting for one of the Global counterparts, and the next you could be handling some mundane (but necessary) internal compliance duties.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Professional Services experience or knowledge (or a very close, like-for-like industry)
- This is NOT an IT Business Analyst role—it is business-facing with a slant on technology and is operational process driven
- Business-related Stakeholder Management skills, not just technology ones
- Proven experience with Business Stakeholders / Fee Earners who are very 'time precious'
- Understanding of Global firm-wide and programme complexity, including Change Management; Global or International experience is preferred
- Heavy experience in a regulated environment where Governance and Compliance are key
- Proven experience in a FULL project lifecycle—seeing through a project from start to finish
- Ability to analyze values and initiatives to apply the correct level of resources to each respective requirement/project
- Ability to articulate the techniques you used and what YOU did—focus on personal contributions
- Clarity in describing situations and outcomes
- Ability to map out plans, conduct cost analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
- Understanding of SDLC
This is a great opportunity, and salary is dependent upon experience. Apply now for more details...
