Salary: Β£50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience in HR systems administration or analysis within SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in a mid-large sized firm
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Proficiency in reporting tools, data analysis, and manipulating data using MS Excel
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with global HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors essential, and multi-jurisdictional data
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy

- Support and enhance our HR technology landscape
- Maintain, optimise, and develop our people systems to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Use technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver system improvements
- Work across HR systems administration and analysis activities
- Handle system configuration, testing, and documentation as needed
- Analyse HR data and reporting outputs to support business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
