Corporate Tax Senior Manager required to work for an exciting and growing practice in Bristol. This will be part remote and part office based.
We need someone who is already at Senior Manager level and who is prepared to move into a kind of side-step move but with a view to being fast tracked to the next level in your career. This is a nice firm with nice people who love to promote from within.
You will be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private and Private Equity backed businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.
Experience required:
- Strong understanding of and previous experience within corporate tax compliance across a varied client base, ideally able to deliver on large and complex compliance engagements.
- Experience of providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of clients, including experience of dealing with international groups.
- Managing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice to a variety of clients involving tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work and including liaising with specialists in other tax teams and overseas offices to manage their input.
- Ability to prepare proposals for new work, including researching target client companies and on technical issues to identify new solutions, as well as supporting partners in meetings.
- Experience of managing / mentoring people.
- Ability to actively seek opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
- CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
