Read on for more detailsExperience required:Solid Global Remit or Multi National experience working within a Partnership FirmSenior Data Leadership experience within a heavily regulated environmentConfident working with Partners, senior stakeholders and C-suite leadersProven ability to deliver complex change across governance, quality, integration and data programmesTechnology First experience with knowledge of the likes of Data Bricks, Microsoft Fabric and SnowflakeStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and practicallyAbility to be a great negotiator and have proven stakeholder management skills in difficult situations (with the battle scars to prove it!)Solid commercial judgement and a delivery-focused mindsetExperience building data culture, continuous improvement and governance frameworksUnderstanding of modern data platforms, architectures and approachesExperience with automation or artificial intelligence programmes is an advantageData protection qualifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are helpful but not essentialComfortable handling complexity, managing competing priorities and standing your ground when neededWe do not want a Data Engineer but if your career started with something like being a Data Analyst, this would be advantageousIt is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
