Sales Development Representative required to work for a fast growing organisation based in the City of London. This is an office based role.
We want a real go-getter who is not afraid of sales, not shy of picking up the phone and making cold calls and someone who simply gets it from day one. Knowing how to plan an attack and how you are going to tackle the day in front of you. A lot of this will be down to attitude and a winning mentality. There is the potential to earn healthy monthly commission cheques, so someone hungry to earn big is also a requirement. The company is growing, so there is huge potential to move on to bigger and better things. You will need to have a B2B Sales background and will have experience of dealing with C-Suite decision makers.
Duties:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business leads and book qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
- Perform successful outreach methods to create new business opportunities, supported by structured email and social outreach.
- Research and identify potential prospects across key target sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and pipeline within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, ensuring a positive first impression of the business.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Stay up to date on the company’s service offering and market trends to confidently discuss our value proposition.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (preferably B2B).
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and communicating across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results.
- Organised and disciplined with strong time management skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach and a desire to learn and progress.
