We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the SEND Service for a 3-month contract. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role supporting the Education, Health, and Care Needs Assessment process. You will be responsible for managing high volumes of inquiries, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring accuracy and professionalism in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients, families, schools, and partners.
  • Support SEND casework officers with administration tasks.
  • Manage data using Microsoft Excel and other software.
  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met in a flexible, team-based environment.

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience in administrative roles, especially dealing with high volumes of calls.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a changing environment.
