The Business Intelligence Officer supports Together for Children by providing accurate, timely and insightful data that helps improve services for children, young people and families. The role is essential in analysing performance information, maintaining data quality, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing intelligence that informs strategic planning, operational decision-making and statutory reporting.
A typical day involves:
- Extracting and analysing data using reporting tools and advanced Excel
- Identifying trends and performance issues
- Producing reports for managers
- Responding to information requests
- Working with colleagues across Childrenβs Social Care, Early Help and Education
