Ensure the Council meets its legal duties under homelessness legislation and works to prevent homelessness wherever possible.
- Typical Day Overview
- Assess homelessness cases and housing needs.
- Provide advice and support to customers facing housing difficulties.
- Manage cases involving homelessness, evictions, tenancy issues, and complex situations.
- Work with landlords, partner agencies, and internal teams to find solutions.
