Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a varied portfolio of infrastructure projects within a local authority environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering highways and infrastructure schemes from feasibility through to delivery.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working within a local authority setting
- Delivery of new infrastructure projects, including minor highways improvement schemes
- Design experience and/or strong technical design knowledge
- Development of infrastructure projects from early feasibility stage through to implementation
- Management of external consultants and professional services
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement, including working with elected members
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
Working Arrangements
- Office attendance required 1 day per week
- IT equipment will be provided, however not immediately — candidates must initially use their own IT equipment and mobile phone/number
