As a middle manager within the Council, you will:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with Revit, point cloud modeling, Cobie databases, 3D BIM, and 2D CAD.
- Experience with management systems like ISO 9001, 45001, or 55001.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and standards in construction and building safety.
