Hourly rate: Β£14.13 PAYE
Days: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (occasional weekends depending on events program)
Location: Redditch Town Hall/Bromsgrove Town Hall & Hybrid - must be able to attend events when required
Overview: To support the planning, coordination and delivery of council-led outdoor events, ensuring they are safe, well organised, inclusive and delivered to a high professional standard. The postholder will assist with event logistics, contractor coordination, health and safety compliance, stakeholder liaison and on-site event operations. The role requires strong leadership, project management and partnership-working skills to coordinate internal services, contractors, emergency services and external event organisers.
