  • Work closely with private landlords, housing providers, internal teams and external partners to secure housing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and use IT systems effectively to support service delivery and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to service improvement, risk management, and partnership working across the Housing Service.
About you:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in homelessness, housing options, or a related advice service.
  • Has a strong understanding of housing and homelessness legislation, including the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

  • Is highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Is customer-focused, empathetic, and committed to achieving sustainable outcomes.
  • Works well as part of a team and builds effective relationships with partners.
  • A relevant qualification (or willingness to work towards one), such as a CIH Level 3, is desirable.
