Provide high-level PA support to two Housing Directors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective diary/inbox management, and professional stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Full PA support to 2 Directors managing competing priorities
- Complex diary & inbox management (high-volume, senior level)
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes & follow-ups
- Screen and handle enquiries with discretion and judgement
- Organise internal/external meetings & events
- Stakeholder liaison (councillors, senior leaders, partners)
- Ensure Directors are fully briefed and prepared
- Handle confidential/sensitive information professionally
